| What are some of the qualifications required to become a Distributor? |
The ability to work under the terms and conditions of our agreement.
The desire to own and operate a successful business.
To enjoy and be capable of working with the general public.
To provide PermacreteŽ with references which indicate your stability, ambition and independence.

| Is it necessary to have had experience in this or a similar business? |
No, PermacreteŽ can provide complete training for all our Distributors.
All facets of the business can be learned during this period.

| What kind of training can be provided? |
Training occurs "on the job" so that we might provide all our future Distributors with hands-on experience. The normal length of time allotted to training is one week; however, should further training be required, our Distributors are welcome to stay as long as necessary. Additionally, throughout the term of our agreement, training will be provided at your request to members of your staff at a nominal charge in order to maintain quality workmanship throughout PermacreteŽ.

| Will the business outgrow the territory? |
There is no danger of this ever happening. We can tell you why...just ask.

| What overhead costs will I endure? |
Advertising, Insurance, Telephone, Salaries, Supplies, Vehicle, Estimations

| Is there a Commercial application of this business? |
Yes, there is a Commercial application of this business which can be extremely profitable, however, the residential application is considered our primary focus.

| How are customer fees established? |
Customer fees are normally set on what the market will bear. For example, in Halifax the price charged for one 8 foot crack could be $450.00. However, in Kansas, the price charged for a similar job may be $650.00. Although we do not preset costing, we must ensure that Distributors costing within close proximity are similar, eliminating any competitive pricing between Distributorships.
